David Lichty earned his master practitioner certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in 1994 and 1995. He has been working as a Personal Success Coach since 1995.

Over the past 11 years David has worked with hundreds of people from many walks of life. As a public speaker, David has addressed business, civic, and general public groups ranging from a few people to rooms of 100 and more.
